A batter gets poured into those little half spheres and then they get flipped partway. (I doubt this will help, but it’s like when proper Takoyaki is made.)
Anyways, $5 will get you 10 of them which you will eat in about 10 seconds. Yep, they are tasty.
They are available at the Fireweed Farmers’ Market – I haven’t been on a Saturday, but I know he’s there from 3-8pm on Thursdays.
My husband was back at work when I grabbed some last time, he’ll be excited to try when we head to the market this Thursday.
