While writing up the last post on Legends at the Yukon Inn, I mentioned that there are still restaurants that I have tried and not written about. Most don’t have pictures and my memories are fading fast with each new food experience.
Last time I was at the Fireweed Market, I actually realized that one of these restaurants was Compadres Burritos, so I took a shot of the front of the building. In fact, I even took pictures of the burritos when we tried them, but an ill-timed iPhoto clear erased the evidence.
Now since it’s been a few months, I’m struggling to come up with details to share about the burritos. The price was reasonable and the filling was good. I often think of having another one, but I’m usually at Shipyards Park during the market to grab my farm box and there are still many options I haven’t tried.
Sorry, this is a blog post short on details. But I swear, I have eaten a burrito and it was tasty!
Likelihood of return visit: I actually thought I would’ve returned by now!
