If there are two things you should know about me after reading this blog for over a year (yes, over a year now), it’s that I love food and I am crazy about my dog.
The first pup on the blog was just a temporary fix. We were house/dog-sitting for our first nine months. I was very sad to give him back. I would’ve kept him forever if that was a choice! But he has a wonderful family and will be a loyal companion to two growing kids.
It was only six weeks between giving back dog number one and getting dog number two. Of course I’ve taken the opportunity to post his photo above. He’s my favourite fuzzbutt, even though we’ve only had him a few months. He’s a shelter dog, and an older fella. But based on the havoc he has caused in our home, he still a plucky little dude. And he’s way little – only about 30lbs – so often mistaken for a puppy, even though he’s in the 6 to 9 age range.
Anyways, do you like food and dogs? If so, I’ve got an event for you this Monday…
