I never got a chance to visit China Garden, the restaurant whose space Asahiya now occupies. So when I say my first impression of the space was good – I don’t know what kind of renovation (if any) went into making the restaurant look like this.
I’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants in the last year and I thought I’d share some of the highlights. Interestingly enough, two of the items are very fresh in my mind – so much so that I haven’t written up my visit posts! (They are scheduled to go out after Christmas.)
As I do in most of my posts, I offer a preface. There are lots of great things to eat up in the Yukon. This is not a comprehensive list and may differ completely from your experiences.
There were two very notable things about this visit.
- I didn’t go alone or just with my husband, but rather with a whole group of his coworkers. I was able to see quite a few different items up for grabs.
